Editing is worse than I imagined

I was planning on finishing up the editing over this weekend but I had major problems that I ran into so I couldn't. After hours of trial and error I had to delete the edit and start again from the beginning. The amount of rage inside of me was incomprehensible but I did it. I  finally exported the product onto my pc and called it a day, I didn't want to touch a computer for the next week. The next day I got into a call with my groupmates. We all sent our edits to the group chat and watched each others. I liked Andy's a lot since he is an editing master but Jibril's was good too. Andy said he would mush them together into one. After the call I was going to go play some video games until I realized a major problem. The timing of the music video. I immediately called up Andy and told him that none of our edits had the required time needed. We all started to panic. Luckily I remembered that I filmed some extra scenes in case this problem would arise. I sent the scenes to Andy and got off the call. Afterwards, I played some video games with Jibril. I had to relieve the stress I had and that was one way to do it. I am currently writing this blog with all my problems fixed and everything finished. Editing was much more of a hassle than I expected. I miss the old commercial blogs. Signing off for the night, Max.

Production blog: The pool scene

Today's the day of the major pool scene. Me and my friends got together at school and went to my car. We stopped by dominoes to pick up some pizza because we were absolutely starving. Afterwards, we went by Jibril's place to pick up his cop costume. Honestly its just a blue trench coat and a police badge we got from the dollar store, but we gotta stay economic. We went to my place and absolutely devoured the pizza. Oh and i forgot to mention, my Amazon package containing fake blood and fake cyanide pills came. We could use the cyanide for the scene we were going to film. Now, it was time to record. We filmed the scene of me entering the house for the first time with the murder scene being crystal clear. We then recorded the scene of me tackling officer Lussac into the pool and dragging him out. This was one of the most fun scenes i've filmed in my life. Write a script for your short film. This should include dialogue, action, and descriptions of the setting and characters. Gather a team of people to help bring your short film to life. This may include actors, a director, a cinematographer, and other crew members. Create a shot list and storyboard for your short film. This will help you visualize each scene and plan out the camera angles and movements. Set up a schedule for filming and rehearse with your cast and crew. Finalizing the filming

  It’s been awhile since I’ve done any modifications on the sequence with me being busy with school and all that. It’s been a long time since I’ve done any work so I decided to discuss with my group on what we should do next moving forward. I and the others knew that we would have to get at least one of these days to film together, so we made a plan and set a date to meet and film. After figuring out each person’s availability, I and the others decided on the upcoming Thursday to film together a major chunk of the scenes. Once Thursday arrived, we all met in an area of a plaza that had the perfect visual of an alley way for the sequence. To begin, I first had the idea of finishing up the beginning scenes that were missing due to just me being apart of the recording.
